You wouldn’t believe it but one of our most-asked questions is, “How does your wine club work?” So here’s the thing on our Here’s The Deal Wine Club. As a member, you commit to purchasing 12 bottles of wine per year, which you can choose yourself. By taking all 12 bottles at once, you’ll receive a 15% discount. If you decide to purchase additional bottles after your initial order, you’ll continue to receive the 15% discount. This discount also applies to all merchandise and food.
When you visit us, you and your guests can enjoy a complimentary tasting, where you can taste and purchase our wine club exclusive wines. If you choose to have your wine shipped, we charge a flat rate for shipping by province.
As a wine club member, you’ll also receive an invitation to our annual Wine Club Party, held in June. This is a great opportunity to enjoy our wines and connect with other members.
Our software requires us to choose a 12 bottle “package” for you, but you can customize your selection as you like. Additionally, our system will automatically bill you on a chosen date, but you can request to take your shipment earlier or delay it until you visit us in person. We strive to make our wine club as flexible and guest-friendly as possible.
So, you can sign up online, enter all your details, select precisely which wines you want and the date you want them shipped and leave the rest to us; easy! Your wines will be packed into shippers and delivered via ATS Healthcare in temperature controlled trucks so that your wines arrive as fresh as the day they were bottled. Alternatively, we love to have new members sign up while they are visiting the winery. The advantage to our new members is that they get to taste before they commit!
Thank you for considering our Here’s The Deal wine club. If you have any questions or need clarification, please don’t hesitate to ask any of our staff members or email us at wineclub@heresthethingvineyards.com.
